Satisfaction of different aspects about supermarket (2019-2020)

89% of consumers surveyed want grocery stores to make checkout faster and 83% want to make shopping faster.

35% of male and 65% female goes to the market.This shows that women are target groups.

Expectations of costumers on grocery stores to make shopping a better experience.

 

 

 

What I learnt

Kroganic is my first user experience design case study. In this project, I was introduced to various terms of Ui / ux design and the process of working on them. I learned how to create personas, conduct research, create scenarios, and prototype. I learned about the various stages of prototyping. I gained valuable experience working with a diverse group of students from different countries.

Next Steps

As everyone on the team's first project, we got stuck and were unsure what to do. Perhaps we talked with the professor or fellow students at the time to get to know each other better. That could have aided us in accomplishing better in our project.
